Subscription & Billing Terms

RVroute is a pure subscription with no credits. Plans are Map (free), Pro ($14 USD / month or $134 USD / year) and Atlas ($89 USD / month or $854 USD / year). All prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown with the currency at checkout. Yearly plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount versus monthly.

Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account settings.

For yearly plans, the subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel. We will send a renewal reminder before each yearly renewal.

By subscribing you authorise RV TRANSPORT LIMITED (or our payment provider acting as merchant of record) to charge your selected payment method the plan amount shown above on each billing cycle until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings using the clearly-labelled “Cancel subscription” control — cancelling is as simple as subscribing and takes no more than a couple of clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your subscription. A “Withdraw from contract / Cancel subscription” control is available in your account throughout that period, and we confirm your cancellation by email (a durable medium) with a timestamp. Where you ask us to start the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once digital content is delivered, that choice is recorded at checkout.

Depending on your region and chosen method, payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Creem. We do not store full card details. Providers handle Strong Customer Authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure) where your bank requires it; if a renewal needs extra authentication we will email you a secure link to complete it.

For some purchases, your subscription is sold and your payment is processed by Creem acting as our authorised Merchant of Record; Creem appears on your statement and issues your receipt and any applicable tax invoice.

You consent to your payment method being securely stored by our provider for recurring billing. You can remove a stored payment method or end the recurring billing arrangement at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

When paid via Stripe, this charge appears as RVROUTE TRIP on your statement.

RVroute is a digital service. Access is delivered electronically and activated immediately after your payment is confirmed — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

If we change your subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price only applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, we may retry and may pause access until payment succeeds. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation.

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period unless required by law. EU/UK consumers may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
