Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period unless required by law. EU/UK consumers may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal or Creem (PCI-DSS compliant).
Pricing questions
- How does billing work?
- RVroute is a pure subscription billed in USD. Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew once a year at a 20% discount. There are no credits or hidden fees.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You can cancel from your account settings in two clicks — no email or phone call required.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period unless required by law. EU/UK consumers may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
- What will the charge look like on my statement?
- When paid via Stripe, this charge appears as RVROUTE TRIP on your statement.
- Which payment methods do you accept, and who processes payment?
- We accept major cards via Stripe and PayPal. In some regions your subscription is sold and processed by Creem acting as our Merchant of Record, which collects payment, remits applicable taxes and issues your receipt. All payments are PCI-DSS compliant and we never store your full card number.
- Is RVroute a navigation or booking app?
- No. RVroute is an AI route-planning service that produces route-books and campsite lists. It does not provide GPS navigation, official campsite bookings or roadside assistance — always follow official navigation and live road conditions.
- What's included in the free Map plan?
- One route draft per month, the interactive route timeline, campsite previews and community road tips. No card required.
